    1. Why won't my downloaded wallpapers fit on the phone screen?

      Make sure that the size of the wallpaper is 240x320 pixels, otherwise it won't fit on the main screen.

    2. How can I set my own wallpaper?

      Go to Menu>Settings>Display settings>Wallpaper then choose "More wallpapers" and select "Memory card", then find the location / folder of the wallpaper you want to set and press "OK" button.

    3. Is there a way to filter input methods when creating messages?

      You can filter other input methods if you don't like to use them when composing messages. To filter input methods, go to Settings>Phone Settings>Input Method Settings>Input Methods Filter, and untick all input methods you don't like to use.

    4. How can I change the size of the camera resolution when taking pictures?

      When the camera is activated, press the no. '3' repeatedly on your keypad to switch between 240x320 (Portrait) to 640x480 (Landscape) and so on.

    5. I transferred pictures from my PC to my phone's memory card, how come I can't see the pictures from the Image Viewer of the phone?

      "In order to view your pictures from Image Viewer, you should save them in the Photo Folder of your memory card. Otherwise, it won't appear in the Image Viewer. You can also view pictures in a different folder. Simply go to ""My Docs"", select ""Memory card"", and locate the folder."

    6. I transferred video file from my PC to my phone's memory card, how come I can't see the video from the Video Player of the phone?

      In order to watch your videos from Video Player, you should save them in the Video Folder of your memory card. Otherwise, it won't appear in the Video Player. You can also view videos in a different folder. Just go to "My Docs", select "Memory card", and locate the folder. Please make sure that your video format is supported by the phone, otherwise video will not be recognized.

    7. What video formats are supported by my phone?

      Your phone support 3GP and MP4 video formats.

    8. How can I lock the phone using the keypad?

      From idle screen, press Go to (left softkey) and "*" key to lock the phone.

    9. How can I unlock the phone using the keypad?

      Press Unlock (left softkey) button and "*" key to unlock the phone.

    10. Can I format my memory card using my phone?

      Yes. Go to My Docs and select Memory Card, then press Options and select Format to format your memory card. Formatting your memory card will erase all your data.

    11. How do I use the background sound feature of the phone?

      Switching the background sound ON will allow both user and calling party to hear the background sound effect during ongoing calls. There are lots of predefined background sound effects to choose from (Motorcycle, Sidewalk, MRT1, MRT2, Restaurant, etc.). To use this feature, switch the Background sound ON and choose one sound effect on Effect List then press OK button.

    12. How can I record my own greetings on Answer Machine?

      Go to >Menu>Tools>Answer Machine>Settings, change to default Greeting File by selecting From Files and press OK. Select Memory Card then press Options and select Record New to record your own greeting.

    13. Why can't I connect to the Internet?

      Be sure that your GPRS settings is properly configured. Make sure that all network parameters are correct in order to access the Internet.

    14. Can my phone send Multimedia messages?

      Yes. Lenovo s850 can send MMS / or Multimedia messages from other phones. Just make sure that GPRS and MMS settings of the phone are properly configured to use the service.

    15. Does my phone support a microSD card?

      Yes, Lenovo s850 support microSD card up to 16 GB of additional memory.

    16. "If my microSD card gets corrupted, can i replace it? Or How do I replace my microSD card?"

      If your memory card gets corrupted, try to reformat your memory card first. Go to Menu>My Docs>Memory card and press "Options" and select "Format". If you're memory card still doesn't work, you may need to replace it and buy a new one. To replace your memory card, lift the metal cover plate of your memory card holder and insert your new memory card. When the memory card is already inserted, close the microSD cardholder by turning the metal cover plate down and gently pull the cover plate to lock.

    17. How will I know if I still have available space from my memory card?

      Simply go to >Menu>My Docs, from there you can see the total memory and free space of your memory card.

    18. Can I access my Facebook account and other social networking sites from my phone?

      Yes, Lenovo s850 has a built-in WAP browser which you can use to access your favorite sites.

      Network GPRS Settings must be configured first in order to access internet services. Please take note that browsing through your mobile is different from your computer.

    19. How do I configure my Network GRPS settings?

      GPRS settings are already pre-configured on your phone for Globe, Smart and Sun. To add more settings, Go to Settings>Connection settings>Data account>GPRS and add a data connection. Make sure that you have entered a correct parameters to be able GPRS to work. To get the correct settings, contact your Network provider.

    20. How many contact numbers can I save on my phone memory?

      Lenovo s850 has the capacity to store up to 1000 phonebook entries. Please note that SIM memory is not yet included.

    21. How can I input symbols when creating messages?

      You can input symbols by just pressing the [* key] on your keypad. A selection of symbols will appear on the screen, and you can choose by simply navigating your keys from left to right.

    22. Why can't I send SMS?

      Check the options related to your messaging service center. You may have forgotten to subscribe to the SMS service or the recipient number is not available. Another possible reason is that your local network service operator does not support this service (refer to your local network operator for details).

    23. How do I check the options relating to my messaging service center?

      To check your SMS service center, go to Menu>Messages>Message settings>SMS settings>Profile settings>SMS Centre and press the 'Options' key and select 'Edit'. Make sure to input the correct SMS center number provided by your Network Operator, and press "OK".

    24. Why is my phone not charging?

      There are three possible reasons: One is that your charger is defective (in this case you have to contact your local Lenovo dealer or service center); the second possible reason is related to the charging environment temperature (make sure the charging room temperature is suitable); and the third possible reason is poor connection (check your charger plug connection properly).

    25. What is the right room temparature for charging my phone?

      When charging the battery, be sure to put your mobile phone and charger in well-ventilated areas with the range of temperature between -10℃~+50℃

    26. I cannot add numbers to my phone memory. Why did this happen?

      Check the status of your phonebook memory. The memory can only save up to 1000 entries. If phonebook memory is full, delete some outdated entries.

    27. How can I use my phone as a webcam to my computer?

      Connect your Lenovo s850 to your computer via USB cable, then choose Webcam on your phone. Your computer will automatically install the driver. Once done, you are now ready to use your phone as your webcam.

    28. My phone doesn't switch on. What do I do?

      Check your battery level. If necessary, recharge your battery. You may try to switch on your phone during recharging. If your mobile phone has been put aside for a long time, the battery may be over-discharged. In this case, your phone cannot be switched on even if the battery has been recharged for a relatively long time. Please be patient and wait until battery level is recovered.

    29. Why does 'Enter PIN Code' appear after I switch ON my phone?

      The SIM lock feature of your phone has been activated under Security Settings. Enter the valid PIN code for your SIM card. If you do not know this code, contact your network service operator immediately. To switch OFF this feature, go to >Menu>Settings>Security Settings>SIM lock, then switch the settings from ON to OFF.

    30. My display prompts 'Enter PUK code:', what do I do?

      If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times in a row, your SIM card will be locked. In this case, you have to enter the PUK code to unlock your SIM card. Please contact your network service operator immediately.

    31. Can I save two numbers under one contact name?

      Yes. Use the phone's memory to save the contacts numbers.

    32. The first time I opened the box, I noticed some damage to the unit and/or the unit's casing. What should I do?

    1. What is an Android?

    2. How do I check the version of my Android phone?

      Go to Settings >About Phone > Version Information to check your version. As of now, the latest Android version is 2.3.5 (Gingerbread).

    3. How to check if my phone memory is getting low?

      You may check both the phone and memory card in the Storage settings to know the available memory. To do this, go to > Settings > Storage.

    4. What is a dual-SIM phone?

      A dual SIM phone is one which holds two SIM cards. Initially, dual-SIM adapters were made available to use in regular mobile phones to allow them to contain two SIMs, and to switch from one to the other as required. Dual-SIM operation allows the use of two services without the need to carry two phones at the same time.

    5. How do I enable my phone's dual-SIM? Or How do I put a second SIM in my phone?

      Switch off the mobile phone, remove the battery and disconnect the external power supply. Slide the SIM card into its SIM2 holder with the gold-colored contacts facing down. (Note: The phone can identify 3G network while in SIM1 holder, and it can only identify 2G network in SIM2 holder.)

      Yes, Lenovo A526 is a dual SIM phone. It is capable of handling two SIM cards. Both SIM cards are always ON.     7. Where can I download games and applications on my phone?

      You can download games and application by using the phone's built-in Android Market / Google Play application. From there, you can download tons of applications for FREE and some paid apps. Be sure to register first in order to have an account on Android Market / Google Play. Registration is free, but a Google E-mail is required.

      You may also download games once you're registered in myLenovoWorld -- a feature that will be enabled in the Lenovo mobile website's near future

    8. Can I customize my Homescreen?

      Yes. One of the best things about the Android phone is its customization, as it allows almost any sort of customization, right from the home screen even to the start up screens. You may add live wallpaper, shortcuts, widgets, clock, etc. Customization can be done also by downloading a simple software tool on your Market application.

    9. How do I download software tools in my phone?

    10. What do I do if my Internet (Edge/3G) stops working?

      Check your network settings if it is correct. It must be properly configured. Also, try to enable then disable Airplane mode. You may also try to reboot your phone.       In stand-by mode, long press the 'Power' button until the 'Phone options' appears on your screen. Select the Airplane mode to switch ON/OFF.

    13. How do I force restart or reboot my phone?

      Press the 'Power' button until 'Phone options' appears on your screen and select 'Power off'.

    14. Why does my battery drain easily? Is there a way I can save battery?

      There are some ways to save your battery. Below are some helpful tips to consider:

      • 1. Turn OFF the wireless feature when not needed (WiFi / WLAN).
      • 2. Switch OFF all connectivities when not in use: Data Connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS.
      • 3.Reduce the brightness of your display. Check your LCD Brightness settings.
      • 4. Switch OFF Windows Animation, Live Wallpaper.
      • 5. Switch the vibration, haptic feedback OFF if not needed.

    15. How do I put my phone on stand-by mode?

      Press the 'Home' button key to switch your screen to stand-by mode or go back to your Homescreen.

    16. Is there a way to switch the GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and Screen Brightness ON and OFF easily without going to Settings of the phone?

      Android includes a built-in Power Widget that can easily toggle these settings ON or OFF. Just long press/tap on the background of one of your screens, then choose Widgets and select Power Control to add it on your homescreen.

    17. How do I know what applications are running in the background?

      Check your Application Manager by simply going to >Settings>Applications>Running Processes. From there, you can see all running applications.

    18. How do I check what applications are installed in my device?

      You can view all installed apps on the Application Manager. Go to >Settings>Applications>Manage Applications. You can check all system apps and recently installed applications for both Phone and SD Card Storage.

    19. How do I delete or uninstall applications?

      You can delete applications by going to Application Manager. Go to >Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and select the Installed tab on the lower right portion of the screen. From there, you can see all applications that are currently installed in your device. To uninstall unwanted apps, simply press the X button on the right after the application.

    20. How do I check recently used applications?

      Press and hold the Home button to view recently used applications.

    21. How do I add Widgets, Shortcuts and Folders to my Home screen?

      Simply tap your screen anywhere on the home screen for about 2 seconds.

    22. How do I change my screen wallpaper?

      You can simply change your wallpaper by tapping the home screen for 2 secs and select the Wallpaper. Choose the source from the list, Gallery, Live Wallpaper or Wallpapers.

    23. My phone vibrates everytime I tap the screen, how do I disable this function?

      Go to Settings>Language & Keyboard>Android Keyboard and untick Vibrate on Keypress to disable.

    24. How do I disable the keyboard's Auto-Suggestion function when composing messages?

      Simply go to >Settings>Language & Keyboard>Android Keyboard and untick Show suggestions under Word suggestion settings to disable the functionality.

    25. How do I unlock the screen?

      Press the power button and slide your finger to the right while pressing the unlock button.

    27. What is the Filter application?

      Filter is an application that can block other numbers from calling and sending you SMS. You can use one of the convenient default filters: Blacklist, Whitelist and Keyword. For Blacklist and Whitelist numbers, you can choose whether to protect your phone from calls only, SMS only, or from both. For Keyword all SMS that contains word on Keyword's list will be blocked.

    28. How do I clear my notification window?

      Pull down the notification bar using a top to bottom finger swipe, then hit the clear notifications soft button.

    29. Does my phone support a microSD card?

      Yes. Lenovo A526 supports up to 16 GB of additional memory.

    30. How do I replace my microSD card?

      Before replacing your memory card, remove your SIM card(s) first then gently pull the memory card on it's holder. Once your memory card is removed, gently insert the memory card with the gold-colored contacts facing down.

    31. How do I zoom IN and OUT on my photos from the Gallery?

      You can zoom in and out by simply pressing zoom in "+" and out "-" button on the lower right portion of your screen, or pinch in/out the photo by using your two fingers.

    32. When I switched on my phone, 'Invalid SIM' appeared on my screen. What do I do?

      Make sure that your SIM card is correctly inserted.

      Follow the instuctions below on how to insert your SIM card properly:

      • 1. Remove the battery cover and the external battery of the phone.
      • 2. Insert the SIM card with gold-colored contacts facing down and gently push until it fits on the SIM card holder.
      • Note: The phone can identify both 3G and 2G network while in SIM1 holder, and 2G network in SIM2 holder.
      • Then, check whether your SIM card works normally. If an error message appears, your SIM card is defective or damaged. In this case, contact your network service operator.

    40. How can I create a quick shortcut on my home screen?

      Open the App Launcher. To open, simply tap the square icon at the bottom of the screen. In the app launcher, press and hold the application to drag it directly onto the home screen as a shortcut.

    44. How many contact numbers can I save on my phone memory?

      It's practically unlimited.

    45. Can I use my phone as a webcam to my computer?

      No. You cannot use your Lenovo A526 as a webcam.

      If your phone doesn't swtich on, please do the following:

      • 1. Check if the battery is properly inserted. Make sure that the gold colored-contacts of the battery is aligned on the phone's battery terminal.
      • 2. Check if your battery is deeply drained. Connect your charger to your phone, make sure that your battery is well charged.
      • 3. Make sure 'Power' button is pressed for about 5 secs.

      If you are having a call conversation and there is another incoming call, select hold to put the first call on hold. To unhold the call, select unhold.

    56. Does my A526 support conference call? How?

      Yes. If you are already having a call conversation, select Hold to put the call on hold. Select Add Call to make another call. After connecting to the second call, select merge calls to set up the conference call.

    57. How can I add contacts?

      - Enter the Main Menu select Phone and select Contacts.
      - Tap Menu > New contact.
      - Select the appropriate storage i.e. Phone/SIM 1/SIM
      - You can enter contact information such as name, phone number, email address etc, if you select storage as "Phone".
      - Tap Done to save the contact or tap Revert to exit without saving any change.

    58. How to import contacts?

      - Enter the Main Menu select Phone and select Contacts.
      - Tap Menu > More > Import/Export.
      - Select to import contacts from SIM Card/ SD Card.
      - Select a particular source to import the contacts from.

      Yes, the Lenovo A526 has a built-in File Browser app. You can browse, open and manage the data saved in the Device and Memory card by accessing the File Browser sub-menu. The device provides a certain space for users to manage files and supports the T-Flash card. You can use the file browser to conveniently manage various directories and files on the device and the T-Flash card.

    63. Does my Lenovo A526 have built-in Sound Recorder?

      Yes, the Lenovo A526 has a built-in sound recorder. You can use the sound recorder to record sounds and also select to save the recordings in your phone. Tap Application Launcher to access Main Menu > Sound Recorder. When in the sound recorder interface, press menu key to select recording format and record history.

      You can zoom in and out by simply pressing zoom in "+" and out "-" button on the lower right portion of your screen, or pinch in/out the photo by using your two fingers.

      1. Remove the battery cover and the external battery of the phone.
      2. Insert the SIM card with gold-colored contacts facing down and gently push until it fits on the SIM card holder.

      Check the options related to your messaging service center. You may have forgotten to subscribe to the SMS service or the recipient number is not available.       To check your SMS service center, go to your Messages and press the 'Option' key and tap 'Settings' and select 'SMS service center'. Make sure to input the correct SMS center number provided by your Network Operator.

    46. Why does 'Enter PIN Code' appear after I switch ON my phone?

      The SIM lock feature of your phone has been activated under Security Settings. Enter the valid PIN code for your SIM card. If you do not know this code, contact your network service operator immediately. To switch OFF this feature, go to Settings>Security>Set up SIM card lock, then untick the "Lock SIM card" and enter your valid PIN code.

    47. My display prompts "Enter PUK code:", what do I do?

      If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times in a row, your SIM card will be locked. In this case, you have to enter the PUK code to unlock your SIM card. Please contact your network service operator immediately.

      Yes. You can use the front camera for taking pictures and for video calling.

    8. Where can I download games and applications on my phone?

      You can download games and application by using the phone's built-in Android Market application. From there, you can download tons of applications for FREE and some paid apps. Be sure to register first in order to have an account on Android Market. Registration is free, but a Google E-mail is required. You may also download games once you're registered in myLenovoWorld -- a feature that will be enabled in the Lenovo mobile website's near future.

    9. Can I customize my Homescreen?

      Yes. One of the best things about the Android phone is its customization, as it allows almost any sort of customization, right from the home screen even to the start up screens. You may add live wallpaper, shortcuts, widgets, clock, etc. Customization can be done also by downloading a simple software tool on your Market application.

    11. What do I do if my Internet (Edge/3G) stops working?

      Check your network settings if it is correct. It must be properly configured. Also, try to enable then disable Airplane mode. As a last resort, reboot the phone.

      To configure your network settings, go to: >Settings>Wireless & networks>Mobile networks>Access Point Names. To add access point names, press Option key and select New APN. Note: You may call your network provider to check other network parameters.

    13. How do I enable or disable my phone's Airplane mode?

      In stand-by mode, long press the 'Power' button until the 'Phone options' appears on your screen. Select the Airplane mode to switch ON/OFF.

    14. How do i force restart or reboot my phone?

    15. Why does my battery drain easily? Is there a way I can save battery?

      There are some ways to save your battery. Below are some helpful tips to consider:
      1. Turn OFF the wireless feature when not needed (WiFi / WLAN).
      2. Switch OFF all connectivities when not in use: Data Connectivity, Bluetooth, GPS.
      3. Reduce the brightness of your display. Check your LCD Brightness settings.
      4. Switch OFF Windows Animation, Live Wallpaper.
      5. Switch the vibration, haptic feedback OFF if not needed.
      6. Set your screen timeout to the shortest length possible (e.g. 30 seconds).
      7. Terminate all running applications in the background when not in use.
      8. When using Google search, use Black Google Mobile. To use this, type bgoog.com instead of google.com on your browser. The screen can reduce power usage by displaying black instead of white or any other color.
      9. Put the device in Airplane Mode while on an airline flight.

    16. How do I put my phone on stand-by mode?

      Press the 'Home' button key to switch your screen to stand-by mode or go back to your Homescreen.

    17. Is there a way to switch the GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and Screen Brightness ON and OFF easily without going to Settings of the phone?

      Android includes a built-in Power Widget that can easily toggle these settings ON or OFF. Just long press/tap on the background of one of your screens, then choose Widgets and select Power Control to add it on your homescreen.

    18. How do I know what applications are running in the background?

      Check your Application Manager by simply going to >Settings>Applications>Running Processes. From there, you can see all running applications.

    19. How do I check what applications are installed in my device?

      You can view all installed apps on the Application Manager. Go to >Settings>Applications>Manage Applications. You can check all system apps and recently installed applications for both Phone and SD Card Storage.

    20. How do I delete or uninstall applications?

      You can delete applications by going to Application Manager. Go to >Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and select the Installed tab on the lower right portion of the screen. From there, you can see all applications that are currently installed in your device. To uninstall unwanted apps, simply press the X button on the right after the application.

    21. How do I check recently used applications?

      Press and hold the Home button to view recently used applications.

    22. How do I add Widgets, Shortcuts and Folders to my Home screen?

      Simply tap your screen anywhere on the home screen for about 2 seconds.

    23. How do I change my screen wallpaper?

      You can simply change your wallpaper by tapping the home screen for 2 secs and select the Wallpaper. Choose the source from the list, Gallery, Live Wallpaper or Wallpapers.

    24. My phone vibrates everytime I tap the screen, how do I disable this function?

      Go to Settings>Language & Keyboard>Android Keyboard and untick Vibrate on Keypress to disable.

    25. How do I disable the keyboard's Auto-Suggestion function when composing messages?

      Simply go to >Settings>Language & Keyboard>Android Keyboard and untick Show suggestions under Word suggestion settings to disable the functionality.

    26. How do I unlock the screen?

      Press the power button and slide your finger to the right while pressing the unlock button.

    27. What is the Filter application?

      Filter is an application that can block other numbers from calling and sending you SMS. You can use one of the convenient default filters: Blacklist, Whitelist and Keyword. For Blacklist and Whitelist numbers, you can choose whether to protect your phone from calls only, SMS only, or from both. For Keyword all SMS that contains word on Keyword's list will be blocked.

    28. How do I clear my notification bar?

      Pull down the notification bar using a top to bottom finger swipe, then hit the clear notifications soft button.

    29. Does my phone support a microSD card?

      Yes. Lenovo A60 supports up to 16 GB of additional memory.

    30. How do I replace my microSD card?

      Before replacing your memory card, remove your SIM card(s) first then gently pull the memory card on it's holder. Once your memory card is removed, gently insert the memory card with the gold-colored contacts facing down.

    31. How do I zoom IN and OUT on my photos from the Gallery?

      You can zoom in and out by simply pressing zoom in "+" and out "-" button on the lower right portion of your screen, or pinch in/out the photo by using your two fingers.

    32. When I switched on my phone, 'Invalid SIM' appeared on my screen. What do I do?

      1. Remove the battery cover and the external battery of the phone.
      2. Insert the SIM card with gold-colored contacts facing down and gently push until it fits on the SIM card holder.
      Note: The phone can identify 3G network while in SIM1 holder, and 2G network in SIM2 holder.
      Then, check whether your SIM card works normally. If an error message appears, your SIM card is defective or damaged. In this case, contact your network service operator.

    33. Why can't I send SMS?

      Check the options related to your messaging service center. You may have forgotten to subscribe to the SMS service or the recipient number is not available. Another possible reason is that your local network service operator does not support this service (refer to your local network operator for details).

    34. How do I check the options relating to my messaging service center?

      To check your SMS service center, go to your Messages and press the 'Option' key and tap 'Settings' and select 'SMS service center'. Make sure to input the correct SMS center number provided by your Network Operator.

    35. Why is my phone not charging?

      There are three possible reasons: One is that your charger is defective (in this case you have to contact your local Lenovo dealer or service center); the second possible reason is related to the charging environment temperature (make sure the charging room temperature is suitable); and the third possible reason is poor connection (check your charger plug connection properly).

    36. What is the right room temparature for charging my phone?

      When charging the battery, be sure to put your mobile phone and charger in well-ventilated areas with the range of temperature between -10℃~+50℃

    37. Can I run multiple apps at once?

      Yes, you can run multiple applications simultaneously. To view applications that are running, go to >Settings>Applications>Running Processes.

    38. I purchased an Application from Android Market on my previous Android phone, I want to download it for my Lenovo A60, do I have to purchase it again?

      Applications are held in Android Market under a user's Google ID. Just log in your Google ID on the Android Market from your Lenovo A60, and they will be there to re-download at no charge.

    39. Can I save two numbers under one contact name?

      Yes. Use the phone's memory to save the contacts numbers.

    40. How can I create a quick shortcut on my home screen?

      Open the App Launcher. To open, simply tap the square icon at the bottom of the screen. In the app launcher, press and hold the application to drag it directly onto the home screen as a shortcut.

    41. Can I format my memory card using my phone?

      Yes. To format your memory card, go to 'Settings' on your phone and tap 'Storage', then select 'Unmount SD card', once your memory card is unmounted, you can now reformat it by pressing 'Erase SD card'.

    42. Can my phone send Multimedia messages?

      Yes.

    43. How many contact numbers can I save on my phone memory?

      It's practically unlimited.

    44. Can I use my phone as a webcam to my computer?

      No. You cannot use your Lenovo A60 as a webcam.

    45. My phone doesn't switch on. What do I do?

      If your phone doesn't swtich on, please do the following:
      1. Check if the battery is properly inserted. Make sure that the gold colored-contacts of the battery is aligned on the phone's battery terminal.
      2. Check if your battery is deeply drained. Connect your charger to your phone, make sure that your battery is well charged.
      3. Make sure 'Power' button is pressed for about 5 secs.
      If your phone still doesn't switch on, call the Lenovo Mobile Customer Care Hotline No. at (+632) 836-5855.

    46. Why does 'Enter PIN Code' appear after I switch ON my phone?

      The SIM lock feature of your phone has been activated under Security Settings. Enter the valid PIN code for your SIM card. If you do not know this code, contact your network service operator immediately. To switch OFF this feature, go to Settings>Security>Set up SIM card lock, then untick the "Lock SIM card" and enter your valid PIN code.

    47. My display prompts "Enter PUK code:", what do I do?

      If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times in a row, your SIM card will be locked. In this case, you have to enter the PUK code to unlock your SIM card. Please contact your network service operator immediately.

    48. Can I set my own wallpaper?

      Yes. To set your own wallpaper, long-tap your homescreen until "Add to screen" appears then tap "Wallpaper", you may select your own wallpaper by tapping "Gallery". From there, you can choose any wallpapers to want.

    49. The first time I opened the box, I noticed some damage to the unit and/or the unit's casing. What should I do?
