When I checked at Silicon Valley at Ayala Malls – Legazpi and SM Mall of Asia, the guy who worked there said the bundle only came with the VR Headset and Controller (as stated also on this page). However, when I checked at the Lenovo store in Mall of Asia, the guy there said the bundle included a selfie stick, and one year of mobile data as well. My question is, officially, what accessories/freebies come with buying this phone?

The official freebies that come with the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note are the VR Headset and the Bluetooth controller. Other freebies may depend on the authorized dealer.
